Just Write: Month 27, Week 1

Whether it’s our loved ones or our weekend hobbies, I hope you’ve got something worth living for.

Yep. A late update. Mostly because I was procrastinating and actually enjoying the weekend.

There’s been quite a few stuff going on, but if you took the time to read my little journal entries, and actually click to read a meaningless writing update, thanks!

Just Write: Month 23, Week 3

Once again, I am writing at the very end of the weekend, having enjoyed it to my liking.

And once again, the answer to whether I got any writing done is: Yes and no.

Final Week Fables: Eye For An Eye

“An eye for an eye…leaves the whole world blind.”

It’s that time of the month when I write a short story!

And what’s today’s image?

Gruumsh3
D&D is all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

Funny thing, though. Normally, I pick a picture and write something based on it. This time? I had the story in mind and looked for an image that could represent it.

Now let’s get ready to rumble!

Final Week Fables: The King of Cards

“Look, guys, let’s be real. Just throw some adventurers at the problem and I’m sure they’ll butcher whatever it is that’s threatening us and then wear it as a hat.”

Well, it’s that time of the month again! So what’s this month’s image?

Wow…

Surprisingly, this is not an analogy for the Hong Kong protests and Blizzard’s bans. However, I DID decide to retire from Hearthstone because of those events. And that, in turn, made me think of writing based on a Hearthstone image.

And hey, I happened to have this image lying about, so why not?

Final Week Fables: Weregild

“What you might do, will do, or promise to do
are not the same as what you did.”

Got through a bunch of work that’s been streaming in steadily for the past week or so. And yet somehow, I got this done! So what’s this week’s image?

Fenris
Much chains. Such wolf. Wow.

Yes, it’s about…CERBERUS?! WHY WOULD YOU ANSWER CERBERUS?!

Final Week Fables – The Clone Wars: Lone Wolffe and Cub

I remember a bright-eyed Padawan with a big mouth and a bigger heart.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars!

Revived for a finale season!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Ahem. So I’m a fan of the series and of Star Wars in general, and of background Jedi ESPECIALLY. So naturally, I decided to take this time to pay tribute the best way I know how: By focusing on minor supporting characters and writing overly in-depth head-canon about them!

Huh. You’d think I’d be putting these on YouTube or something, I mean, that IS what it’s for, right?

Without further ado, I present a Star Wars fanfiction that is related to an iconic Japanese samurai film in name only! And, as opposed to writing a story for a picture, this time it’s finding a picture for a story!

“No sign of our screentime this season, General.”
